On Monday, March 24, a team of Kremlin negotiators is headed to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia to meet with a group of US and Ukrainian negotiators to engage in talks on ways to create a ceasefire as part of a series of “technical talks” that will lead to an end in the war in Ukraine.
